We are currently planning our Teacher of Home Economics Specialist Association (THESA) Provincial conference for October 22, 2010, hosted by Surrey Home Economics teachers. The conference will be held at Panorama Ridge Secondary School in Surrey, where Home Economics teachers from all over BC will be converging on our community for the weekend. We expect approximately 270 delegates.
We would like to know if you are interested in setting up an information booth or selling some of your merchandise in our Merchant Mall. There is a charge of $45.00 per table or a donation of 1 or 2 or your items of similar value, as door prizes for our conference. A list of all door prizes will be posted in several locations at the conference venue. In addition, your name will appear on our website. If you require a lunch and snacks (coffee, muffin, yogurt) our conference can provide it for you at the cost of $16.00 per person. There may also be an opportunity for you to present a workshop or seminar for our conference. Please apply under workshop proposals.
Booth times are Friday, October 22rd from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Set up time is Thursday, October 21, 2010 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at:
